Volkswagen realized their catalog approach needed a serious overhaul. They used to treat all vehicles equally, resulting in a dull and overly technical presentation. This missed a big chance to connect with customers. As a solution, they transformed and revamped their catalogs, aiming to spotlight each vehicle's unique story and charm.
The Golf GTD is one of the multiple examples I worked on. The new design embraced captivating visuals, compelling narratives, and a unique layout, helping it gain a more inviting aesthetic. In this case, the idea drew from the essence of a dictionary, emphasizing meaningful words that encapsulated the car's core attributes.
